Legal

Legal

The documents that govern using Rydya and how it handles data. They are working drafts, written to describe the product as it genuinely behaves and pending review by qualified counsel, and each page says so rather than pretending to be finished.

These pages are deliberately honest about their own status. A polished legal page that quietly invents answers about hosting region, retention or lawful basis would be worse than a truthful draft that names its open decisions, so these name them.

They are written against what the product actually does, verified in the code: no patient clinical records, no analytics or tracking, a session held in local storage rather than a tracking cookie, and a published list of the security gaps. Nothing here is legal advice.

Privacy policy

This policy describes what Rydya does with information, in plain terms and only where the product genuinely does it. It is a working draft pending review by qualified privacy counsel, and it is not legal advice. Where a decision has not been made, such as where data is hosted or how long it is retained, this says so rather than inventing an answer.

Terms of service

These terms describe the agreement for using Rydya as the product actually exists today. They contain no invented pricing and no service level we cannot honour. This is a working draft pending review by qualified legal counsel, it is not legal advice, and the contracting entity and governing law are matters for a written agreement rather than this page.

Cookie policy

This policy explains what Rydya stores in your browser, and it is unusually short because Rydya stores unusually little. There is no analytics, no advertising and no cross-site tracking anywhere in the product, which we verified in the code rather than merely claiming. It is a working draft pending legal review, and it is not legal advice.

Data processing addendum

This is a draft data processing addendum, written in a GDPR-style structure so your privacy team can read it against the framework they already use. This document may require legal review before execution, and it is not legal advice. It describes real product behaviour, but its legal characterisation and the specifics of any signed version are matters for qualified counsel on both sides.
